1. Information we collect
When you connect Discord, we receive your Discord user ID, username, avatar reference, server membership, and relevant Vortex roles. We store subscription status, plan dates, redeemed-key records, purchase references, client connection status, moderation status, support activity, and security audit events.
2. Payment information
PayPal or another configured payment provider processes financial details. Vortex receives transaction identifiers, payment status, amount, currency, and the plan purchased. Vortex does not store complete card numbers or PayPal passwords. Robux purchase details may be provided by you in a private Discord ticket.
3. How information is used
We use information to authenticate accounts, deliver subscriptions, protect downloads, synchronize Discord roles, show remaining access, prevent fraud and raids, operate tickets, provide support, publish updates, enforce restrictions, and maintain service security.
4. Cookies
The website uses an essential, HTTP-only session cookie to keep you signed in until you log out or the session becomes invalid. Temporary cookies protect the Discord sign-in flow and return you to the requested Vortex page. We do not use advertising cookies.
5. Sharing
Information is shared only as needed with infrastructure, Discord, and payment providers; when you direct us to share it; to protect users and the service; or when legally required. We do not sell personal information.
6. Retention and security
Account, subscription, transaction, moderation, and audit information is kept for as long as needed to operate Vortex, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. We use access controls, protected cookies, encrypted transport, and restricted administrative functions, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
7. Your choices
You may switch Discord accounts or log out from the account page. You may request access, correction, or deletion of eligible account information through a private support ticket. Some records may be retained where necessary for transactions, security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
8. Changes and contact
Material changes will appear here with a revised effective date. Privacy questions or requests may be submitted through the official Vortex Discord ticket system.
