Terms of Service

1. Agreement
By creating an account, purchasing access, redeeming a key, downloading Vortex, or using a Vortex service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be able to enter a binding agreement in your location. If you are under the applicable age of majority, a parent or legal guardian must approve your use and purchase.
2. Accounts and Discord connection
Access is attached to the Discord account used during checkout or key redemption. You are responsible for that account and for activity performed through it. Do not sell, share, transfer, or misuse an account or subscription. We may request reasonable verification when resolving ownership or payment disputes.
3. Plans, stock, and delivery
Plan prices, duration, and live monthly stock are shown before checkout. Day access lasts 24 hours, week access lasts seven days, and lifetime access lasts for the supported lifetime of the Vortex service rather than the lifetime of a person. Digital access is normally delivered after confirmed payment or valid key redemption.
4. Payments and refunds
Card and PayPal payments are processed by the payment provider. Robux purchases are handled through private support tickets. Except where local law requires otherwise, completed digital-access purchases are final after access or a key has been delivered. Duplicate charges, failed delivery, or unauthorized payments should be reported through the official Discord ticket system.
5. Acceptable use
You may not abuse Vortex infrastructure, evade access restrictions, attack the website or bot, distribute malicious content, resell access, share keys, interfere with other users, or use the service in a way that violates applicable law or third-party rights. Third-party platforms may apply their own rules and enforcement independently of Vortex.
6. Suspension and termination
Vortex may temporarily restrict or terminate access for fraud, chargebacks, key sharing, abuse, security threats, or material violations of these Terms. A restriction may be reviewed through a support ticket.
7. Updates and availability
The website, Discord bot, installer, features, and compatibility may change. Maintenance or third-party changes can interrupt availability. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. Vortex is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, third-party platform action, or loss caused by account sharing. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Changes and contact
Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Questions, billing issues, and legal notices may be submitted through the official Vortex Discord ticket system.
